Orbit Mail

Every mailbox you run, synced into one web app. Write a rule once and Orbit Mail watches every inbox for it, pulls out the fields you care about, and posts them to your Telegram channel the moment a message lands.

Keep-alive sends hold rarely used mailboxes open, so an account you check twice a year is still there the day you need it.

HANDING OVER YOUR INBOX

What you should ask before connecting a mailbox

Any tool that reads mail is trusted with a lot. Here is exactly what Orbit Mail does with that trust.

  1. Credentials

OAuth first, passwords never in plain text

Gmail and Microsoft connect through OAuth, so Orbit Mail never sees the password. IMAP app passwords are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke one from your provider at any time.

  2. Mail

    Read-only unless you say otherwise

Rules read mail; nothing is moved, deleted or answered. Keep-alive is the only thing that sends, and only from mailboxes you switch it on for.

  3. Alerts

    Telegram, not another inbox

A match is posted to the channel you choose, with the fields the rule pulled out. Your team sees it where they already talk, not in one more mail folder.

  4. Pricing

    Pay once, keep it

One payment, no subscription and no renewal to remember. Your rules export as a file whenever you want them.

FAQ

The six questions we are actually asked

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail and Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com through OAuth, and any other provider that offers IMAP — Zoho, Fastmail, Yandex, a company mail server — with an app password.

How does a Telegram alert get sent?

You add the Orbit Mail bot to a channel or group and link it with a code from your workspace. From then on, every message a rule matches is posted there within one sync interval, with the sender, the subject and whatever fields the rule takes out.

What can a rule pull out of an email?

Anything with a recognisable shape: an amount, an order number, a tracking code, a one-time code, a date. Pick from ready-made fields or write a regular expression. Each field becomes a named value in the alert, in the CSV export and in the webhook payload.

What is keep-alive, and do I need it?

Many providers close or recycle accounts that sit unused. Keep-alive sends one short message from a mailbox on a schedule you set, so the account counts as active. You only need it for mailboxes you rarely open; it is off until you switch it on.

Why do 11 seats cost less than 10?

Because from 11 seats the price drops to $15 for every seat, not only for the extra ones. Ten seats are $200; eleven are $165. If your team is eight or more, the card shows you when moving up is cheaper.

Is this a subscription?

No. You pay once at checkout and there is nothing to renew. Your seats keep working for as long as Orbit Mail runs, and you can export your rules and extracted data at any time. If it does not work for you, ask within 14 days for a full refund.
